Although the presentation on this cheesecake didn’t turn out quite how I expected it to lol, it was delicious!

Fraiche Strawberry Cupcakes

I went to Super Target the other day and couldn’t believe that strawberries were being sold for $1 per lb. Even more so, I couldn’t believe how great they looked for that price. I couldn’t resist buying some. My intentions were to buy them and freeze them for my morning smoothies but once I washed and trimmed the berries I had to find a recipe where I could utilize them in their Fraiche state. Here’s what I came up with… Yum :p
